EMCO Ltd vide its announcement dated September 24, 2021 informed the Exchange, that Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. August 09, 2021 and has appointed Mr. Sundaresh Bhat as Liquidator.
In the above circumstances and to avoid market complications trading in the securities of EMCO Ltd, will be suspended w.e.f. October 27, 2021.
